Job Position
Officer (Human Resources)
Major Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing and coordinating various human resources policies and programs covering recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, training, salary administration, etc.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, regular HR reports and other related analyses
  • Update and maintain the Company’s Human Resources Information System
  • Communicate the Company’s human resources policies and procedures to employees
  • Provide administrative support and perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned
Requirements
  • University education with at least 3 years of human resources experience
  • Sound knowledge of local employment laws and related statutory requirements
  • Hardworking, proactive, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Officer (Human Resources)
