Specialist I (Business Solutions)
Major Responsibilities
  • Assist Deputy Head and managers in the ongoing enhancement and operation of FinTech platforms and projects including but not limited to Credit Reference Platform, Commercial Data Interchange and mBridge
  • Assist with meeting preparation, such as arranging logistics and meeting materials
  • Perform gap analysis to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver recommendations
  • Prepare regular statistics and reports on platform operation and key risk indicators
  • Perform risk assessments and coordinate on security assessment and audit with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in review of legal and governance related documents of platform or project
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • University education preferably in finance, business or information technology, related disciplines
  • Over 5 years’ experience in the areas of: (i) business analysis (ii) product management, or (iii) operations of information systems or banking/financial applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential
  • Confident, self-motivated and resilient, with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in product management, risk assessment and audit is an advantage
  • Be able to work proactively and independently
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position
