Manager (Administration) (One-year contract basis)
Major Responsibilities

We are now looking for a candidate with experience in office renovation, including planning, organizing and managing office renovation, office relocation and improvement works. The role is on one-year contract basis and will be subject to review at the end of the contract.

  • Responsible for planning, organizing and managing office renovation and relocation projects, reinstatement work and office improvement works
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders for collecting project requirements
  • Handle documentation works related to the renovation projects, including tendering proposals, and ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and/ or review meeting minutes for all meetings between vendors and the Company
  • Perform budget planning, and exercise cost control on all purchases and optimize the pricing and product quality related to the office renovation projects
  • Liaise with building management offices and/or relevant parties as when necessary during the renovation period
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in handling office renovation, interior fitting-out work, and premises management is preferred
  • Solid exposure in project co-ordination
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to provide ad hoc support during non-office hours if needed
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge of computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, etc.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
